font-family: 微软雅黑;">近三年（从2021年4月1日至截标时间）投标人应具有1个已完工的电化学储能电站和220kV及以上变电站EPC总承包业绩。以竣工验收时间或完工证明文件载明时间为准，需提供合同封面、签字盖章页、采购范围页。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">投标人须在投标文件中提供相关中标通知书、合同（包括封面、主要参数页、工程范围、签字页等）、工程部分发票及发票查验截图，以证明其满足本次招标的要求，否则按无效业绩处理。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">项目已竣工验收或完工证明仅限于以下之一：国家电监会文件、供电文件、工程启动移交签收书、并网鉴定书、工程竣工验收签证书、并网验收（竣工）报告/意见单、业主证明等其他有效证明材料，其中提供业主证明材料的还需另外提供项目业主代表的姓名、职务及其联系方式。</span></p><p><br></p>
