font-family: 微软雅黑;">（2）异议事项不具体，且未提供有效线索，难以查证的；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">（3）异议人不是异议所涉及项目招标投标活动的参与者，或者与异议项目无任何利害关系的；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">（4）异议材料的内容不符合规定，提交的异议证明材料不全，经要求仍须补充而未能在规定时间内提供的；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px;
