<p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: center; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><strong>绍兴华茂化纤4.8MW（10.4MWh）电化学储能电站项目招标公告</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: center; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><strong>（招标编号：ZBC632400201）</strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><br></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">项目所在地区：北京市海淀区</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">一、招标条件</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">本绍兴华茂化纤4.8MW（10.4MWh）电化学储能电站项目已由项目审批/核准/备案机关批准，项目资金来源为企业自筹，招标人为北京京能数字科技有限公司。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">本项目已具备招标条件，现招标方式为公开招标。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">二、项目概况和招标范围</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">规模：标的：绍兴华茂化纤4.8MW/10.4MWh电化学储能电站项目施工总承包。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">范围：包括所有设备供货、安装、调试及土建工程。范围：本招标项目划分为1个标段，本次招标为其中的：绍兴华茂化纤4.8MW（10.4MWh）电化学储能电站项目（ZBC632400201）</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">三、投标人资格要求</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">（1）资质条件：①投标人须为依法注册的独立法人或其他组织。②投标人须具有并提供有效的电力工程施工总承包三级及以上等级资质证书和有效的安全生产许可证。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">（2）业绩要求：自2021年1月1日至投标截止日期（以合同签订之日为准），至少具有3个10MWh/10KV并网的储能项目（含新能源配储）施工总承包/EPC的业绩，含正在实施和新承接的业绩。必须提供合同扫描件（包括合同首页、关键内容页、签字页等）和工程竣工验收证明材料扫描件，正在实施和新承接的可不提供竣工验收证明材料。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">（3）项目经理资格：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">①投标人须提供拟任项目经理有效的国家机关或国家机关授权的机构颁发的B类安全生产考核合格证和二级及以上建造师执业资格注册证书（机电工程专业）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">②项目经理须至少具有1个同类型（电化学储能）PC/EPC总承包项目经理的经历,投标人须提供能证明项目经理业绩的合同，若合同中无项目经理姓名，须提供对应的验收证明或用户证明等有盖章的证明材料（须含工程名称、项目经理及单位名称）。本项目不接受联合体投标。</span></p>
