text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">3.2.3 项目负责人要求：投标人拟派项目经理须取得建设行政主管部门颁发的贰级注册建造师（机电工程或建筑工程专业）资格证书和省级及以上行政主管部门颁发的《安全生产考核合格证书》（B类）；同时必须为本公司的在职正式员工，并提供完整的证明材料（劳动合同和2023年10月-2024年3月的社保材料证明）；自2021年1月1日至今（以公司的任命文件为准）以项目经理身份完成过1项光伏项目工程总承包业绩，须附公司任命文件复印件和合同复印件，并提供竣工验收证明文件（应包含但不限于合同首页、签字盖章页、合同金额页以及体现具体服务内容的关键页）；项目经理不得在其他在建工程项目中担任项目经理，须提供承诺书（格式自拟）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 24pt;
