font-family: 微软雅黑;">1、申报主体应是在中华人民共和国注册或依法备案登记，具备独立法人资格的企业。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">2、申报企业法定代表人为同一人、存在交叉股权关系、全资子公司或控股子公司均视为同一企业主体。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">3、其他要求：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">（1）申报企业没有因违反《中华人民共和国招标投标法》、《中华人民共和国政府采购法》等有关法律法规及管理规定，受到相关管理部门处罚或者企业主要负责人受到刑事处罚等情形。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">（2）申报企业未发生过严重违约、重大及以上安全生产事故或严重拖欠农民工工资情况。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">（3）申报企业未被国家企业信用信息公示系统（.cn）列入严重违法失信企业名单。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">（4）申报企业没有处于被责令停业、投标资格被暂停或取消、财产被接管、冻结、破产等状态。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px;
