font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><strong>供电电压等级10千伏及以上，并签订需求侧管理告知书的工业企业用户。</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">“错避峰补贴”申报对象：通过调整生产流程、时段等方式，将高峰用电负荷合理转移到低谷时段、或将高峰用电负荷合理转移到厂休日参与电力紧张时段有效压降的工业企业用户。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">“柴发顶峰补贴”申报对象：经县发改局及国网永嘉县供电公司确认，利用企业柴油发电机在用电高峰时段顶峰发电的工业企业用户。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">“用户侧储能顶峰补贴”申报对象：经县发改局及国网永嘉县供电公司确认，利用储能系统在用电低谷时充电，在高峰负荷时放电并具备计量条件的用户侧电化学储能项目用户。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><strong>二、补贴标准</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">省级电力保供前置措施（移峰填谷、集中检修，下同）执行期间，对工业企业开展电力保供用电生产进行补助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">1</span><span style="color: rgb(225, 60, 57); font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><strong>.错避峰补贴：对参与电力紧张时段有效压降的工业企业用户，给予0.2元/千瓦时的补贴。</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="color: rgb(225, 60, 57); font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><strong>2.柴发顶峰补贴：根据统一指令在规定时段内使用用户侧柴油发电机组顶峰发电的工业企业用户，给予2元/千瓦时的补贴。</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="color: rgb(225, 60, 57); font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><strong>3.用户侧储能顶峰补贴：根据统一指令在规定时段内使用电化学储能顶峰放电的工业企业用户，给予1元/千瓦时的补贴。</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">省级电力保供前置措施日期和时段，以省级有关部门或市发展改革委、市有序用电工作协调小组具体发布为准。各项补贴以电力部门可测算的用电数据为准。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">省级需求响应、有序用电措施启动期间，该方案暂停执行。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><strong>三、补贴发放流程</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px; text-align: start; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">永嘉县电力保供补贴资金，从省级下发2023年度差别电价资金中统筹安排，或由财政统筹安排，补贴资金由国网永嘉县供电公司负责统计核实，汇总后报县发改局、县财政局共同审核。审核通过后，由国网永嘉县供电公司组织统一申报，将补贴发放至参与用户的电力账户。具体发放流程以申报指南规定为准。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 36px;
